Lambert arrives in Florida on a quest to find a relentless treasure hunter obsessed with locating a sunken ship. As a storm brews nearby, the treasure hunter takes Lambert hostage in a motel, leaving them both to ride out the bad weather together. Tension escalates as they wait, particularly with the added stress of the treasure hunter's girlfriend being on the verge of giving birth.
