Episode Overview

Ruben orchestrates a scheme to have Ian "mugged" in order to obtain a sample of his spinal fluid, which he needs for his upcoming lethal drug. However, the plan takes an unexpected turn when Jason finds himself blackmailed by the gang, facing the grim choice of possibly murdering a patient who belongs to a rival gang.
