The yearly Drunken Monkey trip to Atlantic City is here, and Big Ang is at the helm, taking a bus filled with her loyal customers, staff, and friends for a day filled with gambling, drinks, and wild dancing. After they arrive, Ang steps away from the blackjack table to have a heart-to-heart with her son AJ about his partying habits, urging him to consider moving back in with her. Meanwhile, back in Staten Island, Louie undergoes neutering, leaving Ang dealing with empty-nest feelings as she cares for her little one. Ang's hopes for AJ to return home take a dramatic twist when she finds out her "little baby" has been arrested!
