In the town of Porkbelly, a wicked toymaker named Wacko distributes robots that capture unsuspecting children. Realizing they need help, Johnny and his friends turn to the Turbo Toy Squad for support. Together, they must devise a plan to outsmart Wacko and free the kids from his clutches before it's too late.
