Episode Overview

Feeling distant from Jake, Brock takes on the role of coach for a football team where Jake hopes to try out. After the first practice, Brock criticizes Jake's performance, unaware that Jake actually enjoyed it. To help improve Jake's skills, Reba recruits Van to train him, but Van hesitates due to emotional memories of his own father. Barbra Jean, drawing from her past experiences in football and coaching a women’s prison team, steps in to coach Jake alongside Reba. When Jake learns he might get cut, he fears losing Brock's love. Ultimately, Van agrees to assist, and Jake makes the team, only to face a ban for being overly aggressive!
