Necksa, the sovereign of the sea elementals, launches an attack against the surface dwellers responsible for contaminating the waters. As the Ghostbusters step in to confront him, Egon, Ray, and Winston find themselves engulfed by the monstrous being, leaving Peter alone to rise to the occasion and rescue his team.
