Episode Overview

Agent Artemus Gordon and the curator of the San Francisco Museum are ambushed in the Egyptian exhibit by three masked men. When agents West and Mr. Heisel, the representative from the Egyptian government, arrive, they too fall victim to the attackers. Upon waking, the group realizes that a valuable ruby has been stolen from the eye of the statue of the Sun God, Ra. Tasked by Princess Miasmin of Egypt to retrieve the gem, West and Gordon follow a ransom note to a bar by the waterfront. There, Gordon pretends to be a sea captain, while West spots one of the museum assailants. This man, named Jason, claims that Rosie, a stunning dancer at the bar, is wearing the stolen ruby on her toe. However, before West can act, Rosie mysteriously disappears.
