Ojo has organized an orchestra and invited everyone in the Big Blue House to join in. Viewers are also welcomed to take part as Bear and the gang put on a concert at the Otter Pond. Ojo takes on the role of the orchestra "constructor," while Pip and Pop use pot lids as cymbals. During his search for a kazoo, Bear bumps into Treelo, who finds a radio and begins to sing and dance along to the music. Inspired, Treelo sets off to make his own instrument. Meanwhile, Bear locates his kazoo and discovers that Tutter wants to play the clarinet, but it's too large for him. Bear helps Tutter find another way to join the orchestra. In the Shadow segment, Shadow shares the story of the cat and the fiddle. Songs include "Everywhere There's Music" and "Hey, We Can Play."
