Episode Overview

Title: Summer Chill Plot: On a sweltering summer afternoon, Bear and his friends at the Big Blue House are enjoying a laid-back day. When Bear receives a checkers set in the mail, he eagerly challenges Pip and Pop, as well as Treelo, to a game. To Bear’s astonishment, his friends, despite being newcomers to the game, outsmart him with a surprising series of moves that clear his checkers in one go. Meanwhile, Pip and Pop cool off at the Otter Pond, where they are later joined by Ojo, Treelo, and Bear. Tutter, however, has his own creative way to beat the heat by setting up his own Club Tutter in the kitchen and using the sink as his personal pool. Songs In the Middle of the Summer Notes Bear mentions that wild berry soda is his favorite drink, while Tutter prefers his unique "cheesarita."
