Sharon is occupied assisting Dion with costumes for the community ballet, leaving her no time to support Lauren's game show pilot featuring father-daughter duos. Meanwhile, Richard seizes the chance to step in, agreeing to partner with Nina as his TV 'daughter.' When Sharon learns of this, jealousy kicks in, and by the time she tries to join Richard, it’s too late. Instead, she teams up with her mom's boyfriend, David. Caught up in her desire to win, Sharon neglects David, putting their chances of success at risk.
