After Binky the Clown's show is pulled off the air because of poor ratings, he finds a new gig as a handyman. Meanwhile, Jon is looking to make some repairs around his house, which gives Binky the perfect opportunity to step in. As a result, Binky takes it upon himself to completely transform the entire home with his redecorating skills.
