Thanks to Abby's support, Tom decides to take a break from work to chase his dream of writing a book centered on his family. Although he struggles to get it published in the traditional sense, he manages to create a unique edition for each family member. Meanwhile, David embarks on a double date with Nancy, and when they return home, they each recount entirely different versions of their evening together.
