Hanna, still haunted by her feelings for Abbas, defies orders and sneaks away to see him at his safehouse. Meanwhile, Marissa's life takes a dark turn when she identifies The Chairman from a photo of Hanna's. As the two plot to thwart an impending assassination, a minor slip triggers doubts. Hanna confronts the Utrax agent dispatched to probe the situation, but the plan backfires when Carmichael is revealed as a traitor, resulting in Hanna and Marissa falling into a trap.
