Episode Overview

Dad is not on good footing with the new neighbors, who turn out to be a family of clowns. Cow finds herself smitten with the clown son, who feels the same way about her. They decide to skip school for a day of fun together. When Dad learns of their escapade, he grounds Cow and confronts the clown dad, sending the clown son home in disgrace. Tensions rise as the two families clash over their children's unexpected romance.
