Episode Overview

Dad has a strained relationship with the new neighbors, who are a family of clowns. Cow develops a crush on the clown's son, and he feels the same way about her. The two decide to skip school to enjoy a fun day together. When Dad discovers their secret rendezvous, Cow faces punishment, and he angrily confronts the clown's father, ultimately sending the young clown away.
