Episode Overview

Cristela, Maddie, and Josh are on edge as they anticipate the bar exam results. To everyone’s astonishment, Maddie passes, while Josh does not. Cristela also succeeds, leading Trent to offer her a position at his law firm, which includes the bonus of hiring an assistant. With the prospect of moving back with his parents looming, Josh jumps at the chance to be the assistant. Overjoyed, Cristela heads home to celebrate, but is met with a heartfelt conversation from Daniela, who encourages her to move out and embrace the vibrant single life she truly deserves.
