Overview
Take the High Road was a British soap opera created by Scottish Television, set in the made-up village of Glendarroch. It premiered in February 1980 as a daytime show on ITV and continued until 1993 when the network decided to drop it. Despite this, some ITV affiliates still aired the series while others chose not to. Over the years, the show has garnered a devoted fanbase.
