Episode Overview

Jim attempts to recruit the staff for the Humboldt Award judging committee. Meanwhile, Frank is focused on getting himself on the ballot after neglecting to submit his entry, though he hasn’t overlooked his advertising campaign. After judging an uncomplicated category, Murphy looks forward to attending a Motown festival with Peter. However, when she is unexpectedly reassigned to a different category, she turns the judging experience into a nightmare for her fellow judges, including Corky.
