Episode Overview

Jim's unexpected resignation the previous week sends shockwaves through FYI's future. The staff rallies to persuade Lansing to bring him back, but their efforts fall flat. Instead, Lansing appoints Miller as the new anchor, while Jim announces he's taking charge of the news division at the upcoming ICN Network. Later, Murphy and Frank visit him in hopes of changing his mind, but Murphy realizes that, despite the chaos surrounding him, Jim is genuinely thriving in his new role.
