Upon arriving in the Congo, Peter and Vincent discover that Grace has been captured by a military faction. Vincent rushes off to search for her, while Peter focuses on arranging her safe return. However, they face more than just the splinter group; Luther Bruhn has tracked them down and intends to exploit the turmoil for his own gain.
