Episode Overview

After his unexpected win in the election, Tom Dawkins initiates an investigation into the toxicology discrepancies related to the explosion in Scarrow. As British intelligence tracks down al-Qaeda leader Tamin al-Ghamdi, an unwilling Dawkins faces pressure to eliminate him. At the same time, Agnes, frustrated by her GCHQ superiors' dismissal of her discoveries, decides to contact the one person she believes might assist her.
