Episode Overview

As Nathan lies in a coma following his racing accident, he envisions an alternate reality where Dan chose to remain with Karen and Lucas instead of marrying Deb. In this dreamlike scenario, Lucas enjoys a life of privilege and success, while Nathan finds himself struggling on the other side of the tracks. Once Nathan regains consciousness, he contacts Haley and expresses his desire for her not to return home.
