April makes a four-hour journey from London to Cornwall to spend time with farmer and chef Tom Adams at his farm. Tom is known for raising the adorable and tasty Mangalitsa pigs. Together, April and Tom carefully butcher and prepare the pig, working through each part: the loin, shoulder, belly, and even the head.
