Episode Overview
Jack and Sayid stumble upon something unusual just off the coast and devise a strategy to face "The Others" in hopes of rescuing Walt. This situation also brings clarity to Michael's recent absence and his relationship with Walt. Meanwhile, tensions rise between Eko and Locke as Locke contemplates a decision about the "button" that could have dire consequences for the hatch. In addition, Desmond makes his way back and shares insights about his three-year experience on the island before Locke arrived at the hatch.
