After Sawyer breaks free from the temple, Kate and Jin are tasked with retrieving him. Meanwhile, the Others decide that Sayid is infected and plot to poison him. In a parallel storyline, while still evading capture, Kate rushes Claire to a hospital as she goes into labor.
