Jonathan, Brooke, and Ty are on a mission to take down a criminal operating in China Town, where he masquerades as a superstitious figure called The Dragon to extort money from local businesses. They must use their unique powers, transforming into a hawk, a bull, and a black panther, to confront this menace and restore peace to the community.
