Episode Overview

Col and Frank are employed as valets, but after Col swipes 20 cents from a car's dashboard, they both lose their jobs. Soon, they learn that either their neighbor Mitchell or they themselves will face eviction if their apartment fails the landlord's inspection. Knowing the landlord is a perfectionist, their efforts to spruce up the place lead to disastrous and permanent damage, prompting the duo to hatch an elaborate cover-up scheme.
