Episode Overview

The race for the sprint title is on. Hakone Academy's captain and sprinter, Izumida, faces off against Kishigami Komari from Kyoto Fushimi, who is fixated on Izumida's so-called "ultimate muscles." As Izumida reflects on the support he received from Ashikiba and Kuroda after last year's Inter-high loss, he grapples with feelings of doubt about his leadership. With the weight of his guilt and determination pushing him forward, Izumida takes off! However, Kishigami's obsession pushes him to match Izumida's pace, determined not to fall behind.
