Episode Overview

As Izumida and Kishigami race toward the finish line, a fan accidentally drops a water bottle onto the track. Andy and Frank urge Izumida to slow down and navigate around the hazard. Yet, memories of his previous race against Tadokoro and Naruko at the last Inter-high motivate him to push forward! Ultimately, Izumida crosses the finish line first! As the captain and top sprinter of Hakone Academy, he has successfully shouldered his duties. While Kishigami doesn't get to fulfill his muscle aspirations, he gracefully accepts his loss.
