Episode Overview

After an HIV-positive man, previously convicted of assaulting minors, is caught in a compromising situation with a young woman on a rooftop, the detectives are eager to secure his return to prison. However, as they investigate a string of rapes and murders targeting young African-American women and find no links to him, they start to question whether they’ve been pursuing the wrong lead.
