Episode Overview

The discovery of a seven-year-old boy's body prompts the team to reopen the case against convicted serial killer Lucas Biggs, as they suspect he may have abused and killed the child. Although Biggs can recount each child he harmed, he insists he has no recollection of this particular case. As the investigation progresses, another potential suspect emerges, but before the authorities can apprehend him, he is mysteriously eliminated.
