Episode Overview

When a young mother’s baby is thrown from a vehicle, Benson and Stabler dive into the case to uncover the truth. Their inquiry reveals that the woman struggles with an addiction to prescription painkillers. This leads them to an elderly woman, Jenny Rogers, who resides with her son Kevin and daughter-in-law Carol. The young mother eventually points to Carol as her drug supplier. However, when the detectives confront Carol, they discover her dead, prompting them to unravel the mystery of her murder and determine who was responsible.
