Episode Overview

A teenager is discovered beaten and bound in a college dormitory still being built, alleging that three students assaulted her. However, as the investigation unfolds, the evidence gathered by both the police and media leads to inconsistencies in her account, prompting her to withdraw her claims. Despite this, Benson believes a rape did happen, directing the investigation toward the girl's controlling stepfather, who has been obstructive since the beginning.
