Episode Overview

Ken Randall reaches out to Benson after being found in an alley late at night. He insists he was searching for a body after overhearing a man discussing the murder of a woman and the disposal of her body while at a bar. Tutuola is frustrated that he wasn't informed sooner and is determined to defend his son, even though Ken quickly hires his own attorney. Suspecting Ken's cousin, Darius Parker, who has a troubled past and was with Ken that night, Tutuola investigates further. After Ken voluntarily provides his DNA to prove his innocence, a startling family link between Darius and Ken comes to light. Darius ultimately confesses to the murders of the woman and her baby, but his admission is deemed inadmissible because his lawyer was not contacted.
