Episode Overview

Benson intervenes just in time to save April Troost from taking her own life, but she feels a heavy burden of guilt when April dies during the trial against the man she accused of rape and pregnancy. As detectives delve deeper, they discover that Barclay Pallister was not the only man April had met at a bar who couldn’t recall their encounter, leading the team to realize that Troost was not the innocent victim they believed. Their investigation leads them through potential adoptive parents for her child, the men she had drugged, and back to the sperm bank where she once worked, which becomes pivotal to the case. This crossover continues on Law & Order S16E02 Flaw (II).
