Grumpy's frustration causes his belly badge to spiral out of control, summoning a thunderstorm. Realizing the chaos he's created, he promises to change his ways and never be grumpy again. However, when the Whiffles rely on his clouds to produce rain, he finds himself unable to help. The team realizes they need to reconnect him with his true grumpy self to resolve the situation.
