Title: Marci Plot: Outwardly, Marci seemed to have an ideal existence. However, her reality was much darker; her mother would leave for work, leaving Marci to face her cruel, intoxicated father alone. As a coping mechanism, Marci fell into substance abuse, leading to the breakdown of her marriage and the loss of her children. Despite the chaos, her mother refuses to acknowledge any issues.
