Episode Overview

Laura's 24-year-old cat, Pun’kin, has become quite old and has a noticeable odor. George comes to the difficult realization that it may be time to put the cat down, but he dreads bringing it up with Laura. Meanwhile, Laura picks up on George's lack of affection and worries that she herself might be the one who is old and smelly. As she attempts to address her personal hygiene concerns, George takes a drastic step by breaking Jack Kevorkian out of prison to assist him in ending Pun’kin's life.
