Rather than putting their cherished family home on the market, Brett persuades a mother and son to breathe new life into their stunning 1901 Shingle-Style Victorian. With the house marred by a dated 1970s wood paneling makeover, Brett envisions transforming it back to its former splendor by removing walls and incorporating exquisite custom details.
