Episode Overview

A couple struggles to escape the wrath of Hurricane Anthony but tragically hits a man amidst the storm's chaos. Horatio investigates and discovers that the absence of impact wounds on the victim's knees indicates he was struck by the car rather than the other way around. Concurrently, Horatio encounters a separate incident involving another victim, found impaled on a fence. As the CSIs sift through the post-hurricane debris, links between the two cases emerge. Additionally, Calleigh, after witnessing a man robbing a home, uncovers a chilling mystery when she finds his ex-wife murdered inside.
