Episode Overview

In the chaos of an emergency room shooting linked to gang violence, Horatio and his team race to identify the culprits. Initial clues point to an orderly who recognized a gang member, believed to have murdered his friend, and tipped off the gang about his whereabouts. However, as the investigation unfolds, inconsistencies in the evidence lead the CSIs to suspect that the motive might stem from a cheating girlfriend rather than gang revenge. Concurrently, Ryan interrogates a mother whose account of her child's situation raises suspicions.
