Episode Overview

Uncle Joe devises a new plan to draw visitors to the hotel by promoting it as a romantic wedding and honeymoon spot. He manages to convince Sam, the county judge, to appoint him as a temporary Justice of the Peace before Sam departs for a hunting trip at Lost Lake. All Uncle Joe needs to do is submit the necessary paperwork at the courthouse to legitimize his role. However, after officiating the wedding of young couple Walter Shepherd and Elsie Gregg, he realizes he forgot to file the documents. Kate and the team scramble to delay Walter and Elsie from sealing what they think is their marriage while Uncle Joe hunts down Sam.
