Episode Overview

Annie gives back Mary's journal and firmly states that she has no romantic feelings for her. As they talk about people's desires, Mary affectionately hugs Annie, but Tom walks in and misreads the moment. Later, Tom assaults Mary, who pleads with him not to violate her. Meanwhile, Grandpa Larkin encounters Mrs. Delorean at the mortuary, where she is working part-time in the slumber rooms. Tom confides in Annie that he finds same-sex kissing revolting. In another scene, Christine discovers Cathy and Brian practicing their heavy breathing on the living room floor.
