In the series finale, the boys find themselves encircled by a formidable Simulant War Cruiser and its squadron of assault vessels. With just a couple of forks and a pencil sharpener at their disposal, the Dwarfers start to fear that this might be their last stand. Their only hope for salvation rests on one individual. Regrettably, that individual is Arnold J Rimmer.
