The Vice-President's secret daughter, a skilled Air Force pilot, is tragically shot down during a mission in Bosnia. Alongside her Ranger rescue team, she loses her life, leading her father to succumb to overwhelming grief and take his own life. Faced with this harrowing outcome, Parker is compelled to travel back in time to alter the course of events and prevent the disastrous mission from occurring.
