Eli anxiously waits for updates from Sri Lanka after a bomb detonated at David's hotel. Meanwhile, Vinnie gets struck by a taxi, prompting Frank to convince John Henry Raglin to step in on the case since Vinnie will be out of commission for some time. At a fundraising dinner, Eli openly criticizes Pinzolo. Later, Pinzolo pays a visit to Vinnie in the hospital, where Vinnie proposes that his partner could handle his responsibilities, paving the way for Raglin to take over.
