Episode Overview

The discovery of two missing deputies’ bodies reveals a serial killer who has been haunting the northwest. With Stem spiraling out of control, Volchek hands the case over to Vinnie. Frank warns Vinnie to leave town as Dan informs him about a 40-man task force en route to Lynchboro. While Volchek works to narrow down the list of suspects, Stem admits to the killings before taking his own life via electrocution. Haunted by memories of Sonny’s suicide, Vinnie loses his composure and bolts, stealing Frank’s car in the process.
