Episode Overview

In a quiz show hosted by Victoria Coren, contestants quickly learn that while knowledge is important, patience and creative thinking are equally crucial. During the second quarter-final, three postgraduate students from Brasenose College, Oxford, take on a group of Douglas Adams enthusiasts who refer to themselves as the Hitchhikers, inspired by the beloved series, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. The competition challenges them to uncover links between seemingly unrelated names: P J Tracy, Nicci French, Ellery Queen, and Grant Naylor.
