Nuestra Familia, known as NF, stands as the leading Hispanic gang in Northern California, primarily operating as a prison gang. Despite having a relatively small presence behind bars compared to other gangs, NF earns respect through strict discipline and intimidation. Their mantra, "blood in, blood out," reflects their intense loyalty, reinforced by a detailed 50-page constitution that outlines their rules. Among these, any member who betrays the gang faces an automatic death penalty. On the streets, they boast tens of thousands of loyal supporters called Nortenos, while their main adversary remains the Mexican Mafia, whose followers are known as Surenos.
