The Hoover Criminals have become a terrifying presence in Portland, branding themselves as the "Everybody Killers." For this gang, it's a battle between the Hoovers and everyone else. Originally hailing from Los Angeles, they moved to Portland in the 1980s to exploit the city's burgeoning drug scene. As they've established their dominance, their notoriety has grown, leading to animosity with nearly every rival group in the area.
